Please encourage Executive Directors and HR Directors to attend!
Join us for our September professional development program presented by local employment attorney, Tim Medcoff. This innovative, useful and free anti-harassment seminar will equip you with the necessary tools and support you’ll need to handle complex sexual harassment issues and complaints. Celebrity accusations have led to the #Metoo movement resulting in increased sexual harassment allegations. The outbreak of allegations and heightened public awareness place renewed importance on reviewing policies and procedures while performing thorough investigations to ensure the workplace is safe and productive. Employers, management, and Human Resources professionals must comply with their fiduciary and legal responsibilities.
Geared to owners, executives, managers, and Human Resources professionals – this seminar will provide real-world, hands-on advice. Participants will learn the legal elements of a harassment claim, the components to successfully defend a claim, effective investigation techniques, media strategy planning, and much more.
