It will provide practical insights on using tools such as websites, blogs, Facebook, etc., to create a message that will resonate with people outside your current organization.

Engaging People Where it Matters on Social Media

Social media has grown from a minor part of public relations to a critical part of any marketing and communication plan. It is important for your nonprofit to have a presence on the main social media sites, and to keep fresh content flowing in the feeds and streams of potential constituents / customers. It is equally important to track your progress and refine your approach. This course will help you to maximize your social media presence for the benefit of your organization.

Measuring for Impact

In today’s environment of growing demand, competing priorities and shrinking resources, a leader needs to ensure that the organization is achieving the desired impact. Decision about where and how to focus resources so that the desired impact is created must be grounded in evaluation of the organization’s strategies and programs.
