Ways to Appreciate Volunteers and Work in Teams

Linda Taileart and Alcira Pastula are inviting Volunteer Engagement Professionals of Southern Arizona to join them for a two hour, hands on workshop on Ways to Appreciate Volunteers and Work in Teams. Attendees will develop strategies to build recognition, appreciation and teamwork into volunteer programming.

Volunteers with Catholic Charities exapand the reach of the agency to help more vulnerable people in central and northern Arizona communities. Appreciation, recognition and teamwork led to an increased retention rate and they cannot wait to share how they did it.

This dynamic duo from Catholic Charities of Arizona, headquarted in Phoenix, will head south to present their workshop to the Green Valley Sahuarita Volunteer Clearinghouse, a SAVMA partner organization. Registration for this free workshop is required, on Friday, April 22 from 1-3pm at the Joyner Green Valley Library.
